IPC-A-610 certification
Thanks to IPC A-610 certification we are able to certify our manufacturing process of electronic boards and equipments.
Thanks to the participation to the course provided by Gestlabs for Phoenix Contact, we obtained the IPC A-610 certification.
IPC_A_610 is the most used standard in the World about mechanical fixings and connections made by soldering in the field of electronic boards production.
The course provided by Gestlabs trains and certifies specialized manufacturers in the IPC A-610 standard "acceptability of electronic assemblies" focusing on the following areas:
- purpose & application of the standards;
- welding requirements;
- requirements of acceptance of PCBs and assemblies;
- assembly and soldering of the terminals;
- THT assembly and soldering;
- SMT assembly and soldering;
- wires connection;
- mechanical parts assembly;
- wire wrap;
Thanks to the IPC A-610 certification, Luxelt's production personnel obtained skills appropriate to the standards of quality and professionalism in the production of electronic boards and electronic equipements.
We can certity the production process of our electronic boards, even for customers for whom we are third parties assemble, starting from the acceptability of the PCBs up to the assembling of mechanical components and wiring.
It is not enough to assemble with THT or SMT technologies, Luxelt takes care of it with quality and respecting the IPC lines.
