HOW TO ILLUMINATE FURNITURE, AVOIDING LIGHT PREDOMINES THE DESIGN.

 In this September 2020 we are celebrating our ELEVEN YEARS OF ACTIVITY at the service of the furniture industry, Lighting Designers, Architecture Studies etc ... Eleven years in which we have seen a sudden change in LED technology, in order to improve and improve the response to the needs of the market. We have been able to design and produce LED lighting fixtures for numerous applications and thanks to our customers we have learned to be focused not only on the technique but also on the design, not only of our products, but above all on the design of our customers' products. We must actually admit that we have often let ourselves be taken by hand and have not said no to kilometers and kilometers of LED aluminum profiles, able to illuminate environments and furnishings - albeit in the presence of control and dimming systems for a greater comfort. Today, however, we have decided to take a step back and recognize in the light the power it has on furniture and inside the rooms: it can illuminate, making them stand out, but without necessarily having to predominate. We also recognize the value of the extra work that the insertion of lights implies on the construction or assembly of furniture. We recognize that often those led profiles are not too integrated into the furniture, because although the recessed profiles have become less and less evident, the strong lines of light often predominate on the compositions. We therefore asked ourselves how to offer so much light, using a technology that is less invasive as possible. We asked ourselves how to facilitate factory processing. We asked ourselves how to facilitate the very precious work of the editors. Thanks to the special request of one of our customers, we went beyond the technologies we were already using for other application sectors. This customer of ours, as precious as each of our customers, prompted in us the desire first of all to respond to the need and then to think about the benefit that this new product could bring to other customers and to the world of design in general. LEDs today have reached very high levels of luminous efficiency: this means that we can light more, consuming much less electricity and concentrating all the light in a very small product. This is why Luxelt's MICROLIGHT line was born.

 With the DOT and DIFFUSO spotlights, we offer the possibility to illuminate any furnishing solution using only 6mm thick and about 12mm in diameter, with the same amount of light that a traditional LED source would emit. Their name identifies the type of light emitted, therefore point and cone for the DOT model, common for the DIFFUSO model. Both solutions are composed as follows: - LED circuit designed and manufactured by Luxelt; - body of the spotlight in anodized aluminum designed by Luxelt and produced in Italy by a professional company in the sector; - wiring and accessories assembled by Luxelt. Our SMD line and the entire production department allow us to produce about a thousand assembled and tested spotlights per day. We also offer our customers the ability to customize the connections between several spotlights, according to the characteristics of the furniture on which they will be mounted.
